thank god for that stuck feeling it almost got me this time
so I had a single packet of oatmeal today after eating I felt satisfied but not full so I had a single spoon of peanut butter ugh big mistake... I got the stuck feeling I ate the peanut butter like a lollipop not all at once but over the course of about 5 licks but anyways I'm thankful for that stuck feeling it lets me know that I'm not my old fat self anymore it tells me once your done with a small meal Your done go hop on the treadmill I'm still pretty new and learning my limits... but it's all a learning curve right now... needless to say I'll be staying on my diet from now on...
Good lesson to share.
I'm almost 3 months out and am able to eat almost anything in tiny amounts BUT, there were a few times when I was done and thought, awe, just one more bite...and boy did I regret it regret it regret it...
I am careful now to measure everything and when I'm done...I'm truly done. No more "one" more bite times.
Thanks for sharing and giving all of us something to remember and think about. We do have limits and our tummy will remind us of that if needed.......

It really sneaks up on you & I guess that is the key of needing to take more time between bites (this is what I've been working on today) But still snuck up on me today w/ bad heartburn!! (today is my first day on puree foods) I am so greatful for the restriction & this is just gonna take some time to get use to!! We can do this!!
