Well two year since I weighed this much
so two years ago I got on south beach was running and walking 3 miles a day 5 days a week... went from 330 to 265 in about 5 months kept it off for 5 months then I moved my routine changed and I gained back almost all of it got back up to 313lbs by my first surgeons visit and that was losing 10lbs before but today I got on the scale and I'm at 265 today when I get to 250 I haven't weight that much since my soph year in HS lol Yay I cant wait!!!!
