November Sleever's how you doin?!
How are you all doing? I'm 1 month out down 23.6lbs! My dreaded two week stall passed 2 days ago! whew!!!
I'm able to eat 1/2 cup of food and drink 1/4 cup of liquids.. backwards ehh
I have been getting to the gym regularly for the past 2 weeks! That my friends is my new best friend! I'm on full solids as well. I'm still not able to keep protein shakes down not sure if its the thickness or what but it is a bummer
. Any who I hope you all are having great success with your new lifestyle and weight loss!!
cheers!

Hey there - I am doing great, still on mushies, but see my doctor next week and hope to graduate to regular food soon. I'm down 37 lbs from my highest weight pre-op and 23 lbs from my surgery date. I can take about 2oz of mushy food, and am struggling to get all my fluids in. Premeire Protein shakes from Costco are my lifeline for protein, but I can almost never finish one. Haven't started vigorous exercise yet, my Dr.'s plan says to wait 6 weeks, but I walk often. I'm really happy with my progress so far! Can't wait to hear from other Nov. sleevers.
Great to hear!! I did not lose any weight during my pre op diet which consisted of one week liquids. I was doing 15minute walks on the tredmill at my 3rd week out and now I'm up to 45minutes on the bike :) I was on mushies my 3rd week I was able to tolerate 1/4 cup of mushies and when I went to solids I was able to tolerate about 1/2 cup( depending on the choice of food). 23lbs way to go!!! I go for another check up Dec 19th. I'm very happy my stall is gone for now.. :) Keep up the great work!! Myself as well I can not wait to hear from other Nov Sleevers! I like to get a post on here once a week for Nov sleever updates! Last week the turn out was small the week before that was great!! I'm looking forward to seeing you again on the next weeks post!
Cheers!

I am a little over a month out .
I have had NO complications with any phase.. Thought the liquid phase woulkd never end though.
Solid foods are doing well and drink over 64ox. water each day.
Went to my PCP for a check up yesterday and I am okay to go to the gym.
I have lost 26lbs. including pre-op . Went down one size. Just broke my 2nd stall.
Feeling great!!!
Happy Holidays everyone!!

Whew! A solid food sleever! Thought I was the only one. I was a tad nervous out here
. Great to hear your rocking success! I need to get more water in! I'm around 50oz a day. I could be doing much more than that. Great to hear your good for the gym! I was given the okay to do the light 15minute walking and than I went to my 3 week and got the okay to do the bike. I was able to do 45minute without any complications. I have to tell you it felt great! I was able to get some leg weights in also with a few arm weights as well! One size down that is fabulous!! way to go!!
Keep up the fantastic work!
Looking forward to seeing you at next weeks post!

Hi everyone. I'm doing very well. I'm still on puréed food and am
Tolerating it just fine. I stick to 1/3 cup of anything on the thick side. I am doing
great with protein drinks, tolerating all I've tried (liking is another story!)
Still able to drink plenty with no restriction really, so water isn't an issue for me.
Havent done as much walking as I should, really want to get back
To my pre-op exercise regimen that is harder on my stomach but much
Easier on my bum knee than walking is.
I am down 16 lbs since pre-op weight. Yay!

wonderful!! 16lbs is great!! Glad to hear you are doing good with no complications! When do you get the okay to move to mushies? I was never able to really tolerate protein drinks.. I found that muscle milk and EAS taste great! I'll give it another go at the end of the week. What is the pre-op exercise regimen? I'd love to know. I have always had knee problems since I was 13. Anything easy on the knees is great! I do a lot of light leg weights to strength up my muscles. It helps a lot with my knee pains!
Glad to hear you are having great success!
I look forward to hearing from you on next weeks post!
