 I haven't been sleeved yet, but had two laporoscopic surgeries for my hateful band.  I found that walking worked best.  My mom also had a hand held back massager that she held on my shoulder and it helped to get the gas out when i was tired from walking.  Good luck!

Outpatient?? Eep :( I was in the hospital for 2 days and wouldn't change a thing about it. The only way I stayed hydrated those first two days was through IV fluids.

Focus on getting fluids in!
