Early on, I was so sick, that I couldn't stand the yogurt that I used to love, namely Fage and Chobanni. During month 3, I was able to tolerate it again, so you may be able to tolerate a little further out. These two brands are good for you and full of protein. I even add a little protein powder to increase the protein further. A little cinnamon, fruit, and low sugar cereal make for a tasty breakfast. I didn't add a little cereal until I was almost in maintenance.

In the beginning, nothing sounded or tasted very good. That will change.

I don't buy Chobani because I can only ever find it in a fat-free version. I buy Fage brand full-fat plain Greek yogurt instead. Fat is good  :)
