I make a mini pizza with them or  mini quesadilla...yummmooo!!

Waaaa! I don't think I made them right!!! Mine tasted like popcorn!!! Granted, I made them out of mozzarella, but I wasn't expecting them to taste like popcorn. They weren't "bad" but I KNOW I did something wrong.

So mine came out looking pretty ugly and not so tasty (stove top ones) but this guys microwave ones came out looking good... and he also did a stove top pizza one and it looked SO good. I imagined it with some onions and some kind of meat on top. Wow.... to me, this could be a great meal in place of a cheese stick with some meat on the side.

I use peccorino romano, and then top them with salsa.

If you let them melt over an upside down muffin tin you'll have little "cups" to fill. I also like to mold them into taco "shells" .. Yum!!
