Can't feel restriction...should I test the limits?

Wow...I didn't realize it could take that long for restriction to kick in.  Good to know.  I definitely dont want to hurt my sleeve!

Remember that anything not completely solid - like chili or cottage cheese - will pass through your stomach faster.  Also, things that are low in protein - like chili - will pass through your stomach faster.  Dense protein will hang around.

Also, remember that you don't want to eat until you hit restriction - then you're eating too much!  I follow Frisco's advice and continue to measure all my food out.  Two reasons (1) I don't want to stretch out my stomach even a little bit. (2) If I have something that isn't dense protein, or a slider food (like chili or any carbs), I want to make sure I don't accidentally eat too much of it!
