I love my coffee with Chocolate Soy Slender! 

Also, Almond Breeze makes a new (to me) almond / coconut milk (unsweetened, 45 cal per cup), a little richer than regular almond milk and only 1g of carb.  It is a whole new taste sensation.

I discovered that I LOVE my coffee with this premade protein shake I found that is "vanilla ice cream" flavour. A little bit sweet but definitely still a creamy milky taste. Maybe something like that could help out your coffee?

I definately need to explore other options for milk.
It has always been my downfall (sigh)
I don't like flavored coffee.
I make my coffee like expresso then heat the milk.
It's a half and half mix.

I think I'm just going to try drinking it black for a while.

Then after a couple weeks, introduce the protein shake or that almond soy milk.

It's really hard to say unless you post a whole day.  If you post a whole day maybe we could help you cheat a couple of calories out of your other meals and keep ypur milk.  I'm a big believer in keeping what you love especially since it is giving you protein and satisfaction and maybe pick calories off other meals that you won't notice.  Your calories look pretty clean so far.
