Where are my 5/10k runners/walkers?
I'm walking 4 miles 2-3 times per week. My speed is usually between 3.7 and 4.5. 4.5 is a jog for me. Sometimes I do a short sprint at 5.0-5.2. Sometimes I do a shorter distance and have more running intervals. At that point I shoot for 3 miles. I haven't signed up for anything. I just want to be able to run a 5k. I haven't had the desire to be in an event.
