One Month Surgeversary

So today I am one month out.  I am down 30 lbs, 20 since my procedure.  I have been fortunate in that I have really not had any complications or struggles in my new journey.  My biggest challenge is that I work 12-14 hrs a day and I really have to plan out when I am going to eat.  But so far, so good
I was kind of hoping for a little more weight loss by now, but I know everyone is different.  I feel I am in a good groove as far as my daily intake so there is no reason more shouldn't follow!  I learn so much reading everyone's posts and sympathize with your hang ups so thank you all for your support in your sharing and leading by example.
So far I have one NSV in that I have had to add 2 new holes to my belt and am fitting comfortably in my next size down, yay!
Let's all keep up the good work!!

Celebrating right with you in sharing our surgiversary date. I've lost 18lbs since surgery (40 prior to). I've leveled off quite a bit in losing weight but am not fretting at all since it's only the first month and this also gives my body (along with skin) a chance to catch up. I'm right there with you on the intake portion and believe I can get in more with the protein intake. Congrats fellow sleever and continued success to all of us regardless of our surgiversary dates.

Congrats my sleeve sister! I am also on the one month mark and I am down 25lbs since surgery and a total of 31 overall. I've been at the same weight for about a week now, BUT my work clothes are definitely too big right now. Which is GREAT on one hand and sucks on the other. My clothes now are either too big or too small. Hopefully the scale will start moving again and the inches will continue to come off so I can start to wear the clothes that are too small right now.

Keep up the great work my sleeve brothers and sisters!
