Accountability Thread for Excersize...I think I missed it today

Today, I did not excersize because I had to get up early and go to a class which lasted all day unexpectedly. So I really missed it.

Tomorrow, I'm getting up early and getting my fix!

I got a late start today due to tummy problems this morning, but I did get my 3.5 miles in on the bike.  No walking today as it's pouring outside (as anybody can see if watching SF vs. Giants).  Hopefully tomorrow I can get back outside for my mile walk in addition to the 3.5 mile bike ride.

I'm going upstairs in about 30 minutes to do my weight training. Should take 45 mins or so.

I know what you mean by "getting your fix."  I am a month out and was cleared to go full bore at the gym.  I have missed my aerobic classes, it was great to go both days this weekend.  I feel so much better after exercising, I'm committed to 4 times a week no matter what.  Glad to see that you are committed and will get up early to do it...that's awesome.  Keep up the good work!

 40 minutes on the elliptical.  Intensity remains improved :)

 I walked the entire perimeter of my sub division. It took me 67 minutes, my longest walk since surgery. At 3 1/2 weeks out of surgery, I may have overdone it. I'm going to take my pain meds for the first time in over a week.

Still, I'm pumped I was able to fini**** :)

 I feel better when I exercise in the morning.  I have more energy and less hunger.  If I don't get it done in the am then it just feels harder to do it later in the day.  I did do my half hour walk the last two days, but my last good workout was Friday morning.

I walked 1.25 miles with my mom today. First time I walked outside EVER. It wasn't bad. I didn't feel like people were staring at me for being fat and walking outside. She lives in a quiet neighborhood. I told her I want to do it again. It was a lot more fun than walking on my treadmill and it felt like more work than walking 2 miles on the treadmill actually... kinda weird...
