Stall finally broke at 3 weeks
Well the famous 3 MONTH stall hit me about a week or two before my 4 month mark, which sucked. Finally I got on the scale on Thursday and was down 1 lb, Friday was down 3 lbs and then today back to 1 lb. So that is 65 lbs now lost woohoooooo.
I have tried a week at the gym, plus I am walking about 2 miles a day (most days, some days I take it easy and take the bus). So trying another gym for a week now, so I think I might be the type that cannot get away without exercise. It was possible I wasn't losing because I was building muscle. I now take a protein shake leave it in the car since it is cold enough to keep it cold and drink it within 30 mins of finishing my work out. I know they say chocolate milk so I tried the protein shakes instead. Sure is easy getting water in while at a gym.
Where I have no parking at work, and our transit system might be on strike this week I will be getting about 4 miles in a day and just hope the weather cooperates. I stopped the walking when it got really cold out and after a week or so I was missing it so a milder day came and I went back to walking. This is about 20 mins all uphill at first, 10 mins downward and then 5 mins back up a hill to my car. That last hill kills me more then the first one lol. I am actually wanting to run and might look like a fool until I get the swing of it and might do the run between poles then back to walking vice versa.
I get my 600-800 calories in a day, vitamins, 60-80 g of protein and my lovely water in each day.
