Liquid diet after VSG
I have been prepping for a Colonoscopy exam which required me to be on a clear liquid diet for 36 hours as well as drink that nasty prep stuff 
I want you all to know that drinking only clear liquids for this long was easy. I did not have one hunger pain. I was able to easily say to myself "no" when my head hunger told me to eat.
It is so much easier to deal with food...and without food after VSG.

I'm just a rookie to the sleeve, but I have also had the band so I've been doing this for over three years and I agree with you. Food is no longer my center and it's wonderful! I find that I don't really think about food until I'm physically hungry.
