Is there must haves that i need or should take with me when I go into the hospital

Most important ... lip balm!

The other things I used in the hospital ... cell phone, laptop, ipod, tablet pc, chargers, shorts for wearing under gown, slip on shoes to walk the halls (they'll give you socks, but I prefer shoes too), and loose clothes to wear home.

I brought some other things, but didn't need them. My hospital gave me a toothbrush and other personal hygiene items. They also put an abdominal binder on me post-op -- it is very helpful when moving around.

lip balm,cell phone slippers I took mine and they were a life saver. shorts (for later when walking better then robe. good luck I just got my sleeve on Tuesday and its great just pain on the right side (just what I expected)
