My surgeon hold a support group in Sacramento on Saturdays at 9am and Ruggie (OH member) has a support group in Sacramento on variuos days/times. I haven't had a chance to attend either yet. Have you had surgery yet?

Yes.....I had my surgery 01/25/12. Down 30lbs from 1st weigh in 10/6/11. Lost 15 of those since VSG surgery.
