Protein Powder??

I use Solgar whey protein powder that I get at the health food store.  I like it a lot.

I just tried a "vial" of the new whey protein "shots" that are being advertised here on the site.  It was okay -- not horrid, not terrific.  It has 42 g of protein.  I like the convenience of it and plan to keep a couple of vials at work.  This way if my schedule gets messed up and I need a quick protein fix, I'll have these available!

I'll have to try some of the other protein suggestions.  I have some Isopure unflavored powder but don't love it.  I'm going to mix in some flavor extracts and see if that helps.
