Exersize Accountability Post

Today I ran 3 miles in 35 minutes and walked another .5 miles.
I also did a set of push ups.
It's all I had time for because I slept late...blame it on football.

BTW.. If you're wearing heals and you can bend over and touch the floor....do you get extra points?

30 min of yoga and 30 min of core today!  Yay!

I thought the bend over post was hilarious!  Who knew you could get such a good workout out of trying on all your shoes and bending over to try Frisco's trick!??  Too funny... it would take me all night to go through my shoe collection and do this.    Maybe I should get to it?  Ha!

You go girls!! I've been out of town and only got 2 workouts in last week. But got in 45 minutes on the elliptical tonight. Back on track.

First exercise since surgery! Elliptical for 25 minutes, and then threadmill for 15 minutes.
HW & SW: 251 CW: 166 GW: 145  Month 1: -24lbs  Month 2: -11lbs  Month 3: -13lbs Month 4: -10.8 lbs.
