3 months post op.. 24 lbs away from surgeons goal... 44lbs away from mine... i

 so on Tuesday I'll be 3months out from surgery I'm down 61lbs since Nov. 15th.. I'm down 106 since my heaviest and 90 something from april 2011... I don't see my fat doctor until May and by that time I want to be at 180lbs.... I refuse to be anything more... lol I am so ready to be done... I plan on taking a rock climbing class this month or next.. and want to make it a hobby... also trying to become a police officer... this surgery has opened my life up so many ways...

Great job I agree with you, this surgery does open so many doors. We just need to make sure we walk throgh them.

I had my surgery on Nov 7th and i'm only down 45lbs.. I started at 260 now i'm 215.. i am very happy where i have come but I just see everyones numbers so much higher than mine.. Can you tell me what is your eating/ exercise routine..
What is a day like for you with eating?

 I wake up and drink 32-64oz of water the all have an egg with some green peppers and cheese on top for lunch I'll have about 1.5-2.0oz of steak I work in security so I walk for 8hrs 4days a week but I just started 2wks ago... I try to watch what I eat for dinner I'll eat another steak or chicken some sort of dense protein but never over 2.5oz I do have a snack like string cheese or steak or some protien based snack since I walked so much... but other than that I have always been able to lose weight fast it was the keeping if off that I couldn't do... don't worry youll get there just follow the plan... I try to keep my carbs at 0 if not 0 then under 20
