Accountability thread exercise 2/13/12

 Yahoo!! Stitches are out, the melanoma is gone, and I am back in the exercise business!

30 minutes elliptical
20 minutes upper body weights.  First time since WLS and I am pretty sure i won't be able to raise my arms tomorrow to write on the white board.  Thank goodness for Elmo...

Made me calorie goal, darn near caught up at work now, and getting over wanting to spear my boss.  All around great day :) 

Hope everybody else is doing well and still interested in posting to this daily thread- I know it helps me and I would love to help others stay inspired too.  Care to join us?

35 minutes on Eliptical (2.7 miles)
stretching and ab workout.

Need more protein, but it's only 6 pm here, so I have plenty of time!

Right back at you and feeling your vibe!

3 mile run with another 15 min at 3.5 mph on a 4% incline
Then a full upper body work out.
