I am 5ish months out and down 85lbs and loving every bit of it.  I still have issues with eating certain things at times, but find I'm eating better. Do any of you have any issues with certain foods or how fast you can eat?

I'm 5 1/2 months out, and doing well.  Thrilled with my progress, though the loss is certainly slowing down. Only occasional nausea when I eat too fast.  I cannot eat chicken to save my life! I just stay completely away from it now.  The VSG is the best thing I have ever done for myself!

Hey, Paige!

I am 5 months out and doing really well.  I am down 124 lbs since starting my preop diet and 89 lbs since surgery.  I haven't really found anything that I can't tolerate... except I started having issues with protein shakes.  So, I've given up on those and am getting my protein from solid food.

I have decreased from a size 30/32 to a size 20 or 22.  Buying smaller sized clothes has been an experience since the sizes vary WIDELY the smaller they get.  For example, I was trying on dresses yesterday for an event and I could fit in 16's and 22's from different brands.  Skinny people should've thrown a fit about that years ago!

I feel great... better than I realized that I could!  It's hard to fit OH time in my new schedule of work, home to change, gym, dinner, and bed.  Hope you all are terrific!
