Exersize Accountability Post

Ok, 3 posts in an hour...yeah a lot. But I couldn't forget this one.

2.5 mile run on treadmill, .75 miles at 3.5 mph at 5% incline
Then a full upper body workout with weights.

Great job Donna, I jogged 3.3 miles and walked 1.2 miles. Now it's time for homework
