I understand it is a thickener, but how do I use this to my best advantage?

I will use it to thicken up soups, so that they stick in my bellah, since they typically do not.

Or for a sweet something I will thicken up some crystal light.

But again, its only fiber, and not nutritive, so I would encourage folks who cannot eat all their protein yet to not waste space with fillers.

But I am not the boss of their minds either.

ALSO.. follow the 2 hour rule with supplements with this, it WILL inhibit good absorption of your supplements if you take it near/with.

Thank you!  I like that soup-thickening idea.

You are welcome, my love!

Know this, 5 g of will thicken up 2 cups of HOT broth quickly!! And you need to have your whisk at the ready!!

And also for the knowing, somehow it tamps down the flavor of things, so - a delicate broth will end up being a bland goo, so if you can spice up your broth, the flavor will come through better.

I like to use curries, Indian pickles, and whatnot. Or use the broth that came from when I crock'd down a big bunch o meat!

Hey ladyfriend, I get it from Netrition.

Konjac Foods brand is the only brand I can vouch for.

If you have an Asian market near you, you might could find it locally!

Thanks Brandi and Happy, I'm looking for something to make meals more filling with less if that makes sense.  I like soup like things but they just flow on through so i've given up on them.  Would like to get them back.

I use it in greek yogurt too, since it, on its own GY does not stay in my belly long enough to be anything but a calorie drain.
