Exersize Accountability Post 3/2/12

I haven't been able to work out for 4 days until today (Yeah!)

Today I did a full body weight lifting for an hour then I did interval training on the treadmill for another 35 minutes.

It felt great!
and....
I got my replacement FitBit! They sent me a new one and I didn't even ask!
Apparently, my was corrupted by my sweat...gotta keep it in a pocket or a not so sweaty spot. Lol

Last night was an hour on the crosstrainer and half hour on the treadmill (at a leisurely 2.5 mile rate).

Tonight, probably an hour on the elliptical doing intervals and some leisurely walking on the treadmill.
