The best shake I have ever had :)

I have to replace at least 1 meal a day with a protein shake, or I do not hit my protein target. Today, my sweet tooth kicked in, so I decided to make the shake (instead of my normal RTD premier protein). 2 packs of HMR 70 (210 cals total) with a sploosh of sugar free Toranis vanilla syrup and blended with ice. This was the first time I added the syrup and it made it taste like a shake from an icecream store. I finally found something to cure my ice cream craving :)

Only down side it that I can't get it all down and I need the protein. It was thick and creamy and really filling!

I found the Torani syrup at Smart & Final.. I have been using it in my coffee with lactose free milk..So good.

I get my Toranis at SAMS Wholesale food club. Very good price and several flavors.

The Sams Club by my house sells the large sized bottle for under $5- awesome price! I used to order them from amazon.com- you can get three bottles for a great price there too.

If you come up with a protein shake you really like, like this one, it is lots of yummy fun to stick it into an ice cream maker (I use the Cuisinart) and make a delicious, totally legal, good for you, protein ice cream!
