NSV: no more sausage fingers!

I noticed today that I no longer have sausage fingers!  you know, the fat roley poley fingers that rings and other things dont fit or look silly on. when  was 246 pounds, I was fat everywhere.  i mean everywhere incl fingers.  this is pretty cool for me.  my fingers are still not 'skinny' but are much closer to normal now.

On another note, bought a new battery for my scale.  its much more consistent now ad confirms I am up.  oddly my old battery still fluctauates but ultimately shows me several pounds lighter.  after comparing to another scale which is accurate to my knowledge, the new battery is right.  disappointing for sure, however it explains to me that I didn't gain 8 pounds on a 3 day business trip, but rather have been lied to by my old scale battery for who knows how long.  i feel better knowing this in some odd way.

My gf told me my hands looked really different now, "I guess they're thinner now - something's different!"  My rings are all big, and I can't wait until I have stablized and can get them resized.  My feet do not seem to have slimmed down, though.

As for your scale, after the initial fear, I always feel better knowing the truth.  Plus, it is what it is, you know?  It's all data and we can't fear the data!!
