Frisco-My Biggest Secret to Goal and Beyond

Thanks again Frisco! Invaluable insight into maintenance mode. I think is as important to research maintenance strategy as it was to research types of surgery. As you point out, why go thru all the time, money and effort if I don't have a plan. There is no end to the journey. It will always take effort - do what you've always done and you'll get the same results at goal that lead to regain. Without a good maintenance plan, its like stepping out of a plane at 10,000 feet without a parachute. Low probability of a successful outcome. Keep fighting the good fight, you are one of my mentors and wouldn't have had the results I have without you!

I think you are so great, never take what you say the wrong way. Tough love our not, you know what you are talking about. I try and read everything the vets say on here, I rather listen to what someone has experienced rather then what some state in a book that haven't really experienced this themselves. Keep up on the posts, I try to read back as far as I can when I have time. Love all the vets posts on here.
