Need help please!
Hey PJB - I recognize this post from the Ontario board too :) I looked at your menu plan and mine is similar. I somewhat agree with Tracey's assessment from your other post - perhaps extra salt is helping you retain water?
Another way you could increase calories (and add more protein!) is by having milk (I drink skim) if you tolerate it.
Deep breath, its only been 2 weeks. Have you been measuring your waist, hips, etc? Perhaps you are losing inches as things rearrange themselves :)
PS - would you be willing to share your recipe for turkey muffins? I made a bunch of those eggface bites but I would like something with a higher protein content.

You are doing great, it will happen. For the last 2 months my weight has only moved 1 time during each month. Around the TOM I know I can expect to see my weight go down, strange I know, but I have a really wacked up stomach/metabolism. Don't ask my why I still get on that stupid mean scale every single day.
