Calorie free drink mixers

I know some of us avoid drinking forever after surgery, and some don't.  Now that I'm almost a year out, I have an alcoholic beverage maybe once a week.  Of course, I make sure to log it in my handy dandy food tracking app.

I rediscovered Baja Bob's sugar free (and calorie free) drink mixers last week.  He has SO MANY MORE flavors than he used to.  I placed an order, and can't wait to try the new flavors.  I have ordered: Margarita (powdered, single serve), Mudslide (single serve), Mojito,  Mai Tai and  Hurricane.   The prices are pretty good.   I will make sure to post reviews once I try them!

Here is his website: www.bajabob.com

Keep in mind, his mixers are calorie free, but the alcohol that you add to them isn't!

I switched to Sweet Tea Vodka post VSG for that very reason.  I mix it with either unsweetened tea or water - no carbonation - no extra calories.  It's my drink of choice.  Just thought I'd throw that out there if anyone is looking for alternatives.

Do you know if all of the flavored vodkas have no more calories than regular vodka?

I don't know.  My vodka is listed in FatSecret so I just input # of ounces and go on my merry way.  Check 'em out on your handy dandy food tracking app....LOL!

Cheers & Happy Friday!!!
