What tricks do you use to get your liquids in???
I've done everything from drinking out of a small 8 oz styrofoam cup and putting a little tally mark on it when it's empty to making myself  take so many sips......at certain times...but I still struggle to get it all in??

 I carry a 22oz spor****er bottle around every where i go, and just drink drink drink, i also have water by my bed at night, i wake in the night so dry.

I make sure to drink at least 20 oz between every meal/snack.  I carry a 20 oz water bottle with me where ever I go to help with this.  I start out my day with 20 oz... I won't let myself eat breakfast until I have drank my 20 oz.  After breakfast, i won't let myself have a snack or lunch until I do another 20 oz (or more).  And so on and so forth throughout the day.  Not only does this help me get 100 oz of fluids every day (my goal), but it also helps me to avoid grazing between meals/snacks.  So if it gets to be time to eat and I havent' had my 20 oz, I make myself sit there and drink another 20 oz before I can eat.

It works for me!

LOVE the 20 ounce rule!!! I am definitely going to try that one.

It's my goal to drink 100 ounces a day, and I usually meet it with ease. My tactic was to invest in a 52 ounce jug LOL. They sell them at the gas station here. I either refill it there with ice tea or water from home. When I have finished 2 of those, I'm all set. When I start around 8am, I'm done with both by 5. Just constantly drink. Once you force yourself for a few weeks it becomes second nature.

What i did was take a 20oz mug..and place 3 rubber bands around it.  Once i drank my 20oz of water i removed one rubber band..so that i knew i still needed to fill it up twice and get another 40oz in for the day..helped to remind me how much i've drank and how much i have to go...just an idea
