S: Half of a protein bar
L: Half chicken breast, few bites of broccoli and squash
S: Won't have one, need to drink
D: Leftover chicken from lunch
S: Won't have one, will drink the rest of the night
Water: Done, will get in 50-60 more ounces, putting me at 120 for the day. Yay weight lifting days!
Vitamins: Not yet, damnit, why did you remind me?
Exercise: 1.5 hours of swim team meet, 1 hour of weight lifting

For dinner: outback filet wedge salad (2oz filet, iceberg w/bluecheese)
i will eat all the filet and maybe a few bites of the wedge.
