I did a dinner this past weekend and served dessert. I ate part of it (not the fruit).

I made a really pretty fruit salad and served it in individual martini glasses. And topped it with "ice cream balls"   I took a melon baller and made little "ice cream" balls from a new product called Arctic Zero.  It's kind of an ice cream substitute. I had about 4 little melon ball scoops.

Google Arcti****entire pint is 150 cal / 14 protein /24 carbs--sugar free, gluten free, lactose intolerant friendly, etc.  Very good---like an icey ice cream (Let's not kid ourselves--it's not Ben and Jerry's!)

The dessert was a hit with adults

What flavor did you try?  I have tried 3 of their flavors, and really WANTED to like Artic Zero, but ended up hating it :P  I think I tried cookies and cream, plain vanilla, and maybe the mint chip?

You can make a sweet potatoe souflee

3 sweet pots Mashed( I cook mine in the microwave then peel & throw into the mixer)
3/4 c Splenda (sugar if you like)
1/2 c brown sugar packed
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2TBSP flour
1/2 stick of butter/margerine
1 c shredded coconut.

*****I messed up the first time & put the cocnut into the mixture & it was a HUGE hit! Been doing it this way ever since!

Mix all together then place in a sprayed pan & cook for 35 mins @ 325.

You can scoop it out, cut into small squares or bake in mini muffin pans with liners. They are great. You can add some choppe pecans or walnuts to the top if you like also!

Jello works, Puddings or mousse. You can just take a TINY piece to quench the urge! DO what feels GOOD for YOU!!! Good luck!!

Fruit kabobs always work too! OR GRILLED PINEAPPLE! yum

I love cottage cheese salad - cottage cheese, cool whip (FF), pineapple, and sliced cherries...

You could also do some kind of parfait with pudding, nilla wafers and bananas (not totally sleeve friendly, but doable)...
