Not to add to the back and forth already happening on this thread, but....as someone who works in pharmaceuticals I find it a bit offensive to be referred to as a used car salesman.    I have met far more honest, hard working and caring people in my 12 yrs in the industry then in my years working in the medical field and at non-profits.  I am surprised to hear such a comment on here - a place of support.

Everyone has a an opinion, mine still is the same, the ones that come to our hospital will sell their frst born to make a sale. Medical reps period, not just pharm, but the ones over had to work with he past 7 years. There is always good and bad in all fields.  Not sure how that correlates to not being supportive?  the unfortunate fact about or society is that you can't trust every joe shmoe that comes along, have to educate yourself.

Either way, my first post wasn't refuting anything, just saying my regimen.

Good luck

We were told do not take calcium within 2 hours of your multivitamin because it has iron in it that causes the calcium not to absorb.  Also, we were told to take both Calicum carbonate and calicum citrate but not at the same time because you can only absorb so much at once, another reason not to take it with the multivitamin.

Here is my schedule:

Morning:  Calcium Citrate (Citrical)
vitamin d
b12 (every other day)

Lunch: Calcium Carbonate (Viactive)
Biotin

Evening: Multivitamin
