B- Atkins Mocha Latte Shake

S- Yogurt with 1 scoop of protein powder

L- not hungry & too busy to stop working

D- 1/2 c turkey taco meat with 3 small broccoli trees

got the "foamies" YUCK this didn't sit right & I will not have this again for a long time!!!

VSG on 04/02/12 with
B: 3oz greek yogurt
S: 1/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese
L: 1/2 c ff refried beans with a little cottage cheese
S: 2 oz egg whites scrambled
D: 4oz greek yogurt w 1 teaspoon choc sauce (i know, i know)


Water: 8 cups
Vites: Done
Exercise: 45 min walk w dog - 3.0 mph
