Preferred One Insurance - anyone have?

Just wonding what your experience was with approval and how long it took?  I am under a BMI of 40 so a little nervous as I don't have a dx of diabetes, htn, osa or gerd.  My surgeon thinks it will be no issue to get me approved d/t insulin resisitance and PCOS. 

I'm not sure if the insurance might be more reluctant to approve because of your BMI or not. I was pretty lucky, got approved about 2 days after the Dr.'s office submitted the claim.
