Easy Brusing after surgery?

It's happening to me as well. Surely, it has to do with vitamin deficiencies?

I had my 1 year post op appt not long ago....all my levels are fine.  So, NO deficiencies for me.  I can tell you what my bariatric team said to me after my two complaints since surgery: a) I'm cold ALL the time and b) I bruise MUCH easier than ever before.

Their response...you have MUCH less padding than you did 125# ago. 

Makes sense to me!

You should look into a Vitamin D supplement most people are chronically low on Vitamin D and one of the side effects of that is easy bruising.
