At my latest dr appt, we talked about what a healthy weight range would be.... Since I'm short with a smallish bone structure, I could stop losing now, or keep losing for up to 20 more lbs. For now, I will not try to stop losing weight. If I start feeling too bony, or are too close to the bottom of my weight range, I will move into maintenance...
