So Iron with the calcium is the big no-no? nothing else?

Because, Calcium has the priority in my life. so if I can take the Prilosec, calcium, multi vite(no iron) and B12 sub in the morning then I love that.

I can always take the iron later andseparate.

Will THAT work????!!!

Please say yes if it won't kill me in the next 50 years.

I think I love you as much as Ruggie right now!

I can do everything in the morning and only hold off the iron until later?

You just made my DAY!

Sounds good - of course you are splitting the calcium up as your body can only absorb 600ish mg at a time, right?  (Just be glad that you don't have a DS or worse, an RNY, which needs much more calcium and iron due to malabsorption.)

Be careful about skipping the multivit as that's supplying a lot of things that you are missing on the limited weight loss diet. Some here are showing up as thiamine deficient since they've cut out grains with their low carb diets, but that's normally in the multivits; and do keep up with the labs, as potassium is typically scant in our diets and it isn't in any of our normal supplements to any useful degree.

Isn't this fun? Still better than being fat, though.  Good luck on your near-goal.

Perfect. But you so have to split up your calcium that's why it's such a ***** to take and why i separate it.  it tends to hold everthing up since you can't just take it and get over it.  Loving my gold star.  I'm going to start working toward the matching tiara.

OMG! a tiara? Now you got me thinking about shoes instead of vites!
Damn you...you're like a shiny object.

I am a shiny object.  I am a shiny object and getting shinier with my new gold star and my soon to have tiara.  Oh shoes, yes shoes, shiny shoes. As i say this I'm twirling really fast so I'm twice as shiny.  You think you're crazy? Happy to oblige in your realization that you're not.  This is what happens when they take away my ****tail. Oh I'm dizzy now. Exercise done for the day. Next up calcium.  Is there calcium in vodka?  I think if you turn it into a White Russian there is.  Food for thought.
