vitamine question for vets or anyone who knows about this stuff
Here's my regimen (a bit over the top for some, but it works for me because of my built in alarms at school):
Morning @ home : multi vite, vit D 2000 iu, Fish oil gel tabs (2), B1, Prilosec, Vit C 500 mg
Recess - calcium w/D
Lunch - Calcium w/D
Dismissal- Calcium w/D
Dinner: Multi vite & Prilosec
Bedtime : Vit. C 500 mg, and iron every other day.
I feel great, am losing fine and will have my labs done again next month.

Iron and calcium should not be taken together. When I needed iron, I would take my iron and multis at night and my calcium in the morning or early afternoon.
Too much D CAN be an issue...so, you should only be taking it IF you have been found to be deficient. I was taking D when I was found to be lacking...after my 1 year labs, my surgeon found that my D was fine and had me stop taking it. We'll run another set of labs in 3 months.
