OMG!!! I AM REALLY DOING THIS?!?!?!?!?

 I honestly scared but it is good to see that I am not by myself on this.

I honestly think we would have more issues if we WEREN"T scared! This is a big deal! The rate of complications is very very low. But those complications when they happen are very very dangerous. If we didn't value the life we have would we even care to get the surgery and make ourselves healthier? ALL of us (hopefully) have at least 1 person we really need to stay alive for!

I darn near had a panic attack as I got up from the wheel chair to lay on the table. I think the anesthesiologist saw some mania going on in my face cause thankfully I was out fast. LOL. Just pray and/or focus on why you are doing this and you guys will be ok. It is worth it. At 8 days out I haven't gotten to the point like these vets on here who LOVE their sleeve, but I am darn close. Only reason I just "like" it is cause I am so sick of shakes. lol. The love is coming fast though...10lbs down in 8 days! Maybe it isn't a record, but that is why you are doing i****ching that scale go down, and the changes in your body is miraculous.

Mine is scheduled on the 4th too.  I feel exactly the same as you, but I have thought about it for so many years, I know it is the right thing for me.  Good luck!
