MUSCLE MILK??

Muscle milk?? Is this a good  source of protein???

 It does have a good amount of protein, not sure on the carbs, calories or sugar...Its fairly expensive so I've only done it a few times in a pinch when I needed something @ work and that's the best the gas station had to offer...It does taste amazing...wish I could afford it on a daily basis...have been told the powder form is more cost effective and still tastes as good but haven't looked into it further as of yet...

My NUT told me not to mess wih it unless it was the light and when I was on the liquid det pre op that is what protein I used the muscle milk light I loved it! The vanilla and the chocolate were great!

And the muscle milk lite is nasty! Has that bad aftertaste.

Lots of better suggestions on here for Protein Shakes. The best I've found are the run of the mill "Pure Protein" Brand Frost Chocolate shakes that are sold at walmart. I've ordered online, vitamin world etc and those are the best tasting, most convenient to buy, and cheapest (my opinion)

 I was also told to drink Muscle Milk Light and not Muscle Milk.  I did try it, but soon switched to Premier Protein (they taste about the same).   Here's why I switched:
