Exercise Question and I Hit the Dreaded Stall
Great job on the loss! I'm at 25lbs total. I lost 8lbs pre-surgery so I'm anxious to hit a 'true' 25. Even typing that it sounds dumb, though. It's pounds gone, regardless.
I love water. I started doubling the protein in my protein shake. I was only doing 1 scoop. Talked to a nurse who just went to a bariatric conference and said that we can absorb the protein in liquid form better so that will help with protein. Now just time to up my water. I love water, it's just the timing issues more than anything.

Aww, the stall sucks. But don't let it get you down. I started a stall about 2 1/2 weeks after surgery and it just ended about two days ago. I think it lasted 20 days. But now I have lost two pounds in the last two days. I didn't do anything differently, just kept doing everything the same and it finally ended. I DID however lose inches even when I wasn't losing pounds...you probably are too.
