Checking In

Hi everyone,
I hope that you guys are enjoying your Saturday.I just got back from Arizona Thursday morning.I so love it out there thinking about moving out there in about two years.I'm two month and 6 days post opt and feeling great.I have learned my new stomach pretty well food wise I'm doing good,exercise well I'm doing good.When i was in Arizona i went to the pool every chance i got,One day i was in the pool swimming for about 4 hours...You wanna talk about a sore body but it was well worth it.Last time i went to Arizona in Jan i gained 18pds...This time I'm happy to report when i got back and weighted myself i lost 5.8 pds,I couldn't be more happier.I'm going to be honest sometimes i feel like my weight is coming off slow and then i get slapped back to reality.I have lost 36.1 pounds since surgery and 48.8 since august and 54.8 pds since my highest weight of 474....So over all I'm pretty freaking happy.My favorite pair of jeans are fitting me loose.I know that i have a long way to go and some days are easier then other but as long as i keep doing the right things i will see the results.

Sounds like you're doing great to me.  You are right that is alot of weight in a short period of time.  How has your transition to your new way eating been for you?  My surgery is 7/9

Thank you,Its crazy before surgery i told myself that i wasnt going to compare myself to others journey but its kinda hard to see people who had surgery the same the as you or weeks after you lose more weight then you.I know that im going to get tomy goal as well.My surgery went well thank god there was no complications,My only issue was bad constipation i did not poop until almost 8 days after surgery .
