That whole piece was a slickly produced bunch of propoganda. I'm sorry but I don't blame any fast food company for my weight gain......I put it in my mouth.Check out "Fathead" if you want to see what was really going on.

Completely agree! Spurlock (spelling) refused to make his food diaries public. I'm not saying to go out and eat McDonald's, but you also shouldn't believe everything in that documentary. Is fast food bad? Yes! If you eat cheeseburgers and French fries and drink soda and don't exercise are you going to get fat? Yes! Nothing really groundbreaking there.
Fat, Sick and Almost Dead is also really interesting. There are lots of documentaries about the American diet and where we get our foods, etc.

I've seen fathead and Super Size Me. I think fathead is right, and we all know here you gotta keep your carbs down. Still McDonald's does extremely unethical things. With not only what it serves but how it makes it's products. Highly processed food is bad period...carb or not. It will make you sick in large amounts. Just because your not fat doesn't mean your not going to get cancer or other problems for eating that way.
