I just got my call from my local weight loss program. I have my intake appointment August 22 and they're sending me an info packet to fill out - the same paperwork they have on file from when I was in the program over a year ago. I'm confused and incredibly frustrated. I was told I'd be back in the clinic within a month. Sigh...

They are just hoops. I know it's suuuuupid but you can do it. Once day the hoop your jumping will be your last.

I probably wouldn't be so frustrated if I didn't have an internal clock ticking. Our first grand baby is due in January and I want to be pretty much healed up with my routine sorted by then.
