Plain Greek Yogurt
I still can't stomach that stuff - can barely get it past my nose - even tried a sugar free Torani syrup. Still was yuk to me. The only way I'm getting greek yogurt in me is the vanilla flavor. It's either that or no yogurt at all, unless I can eat WW or other brands..... I'm glad to see that some people can eat it, I wish I could. To me it is worse than cottage cheese, which I can't stand either.
Have you tried making it as a dip, using it more like sour cream, rather than making it like a sweetened yogurt? I can't bring myself to eat it sweetened, but I can add Knorr's Vegetable Soup and Dip Mix and make vegetable dip out of it. I eat it with cucumber slices and it works just like sour cream.

I use Fage 0% plain greek yogurt (I love this stuff) in place of sour cream. Delicious. Or I add about a tablespoon of sugar free preserves to it (apricot is my favorite so far).
The fruity flavors can get a little too sweet for me. However with Fage fruit yogurts you can control how much fruit stuff you add because it's separated. With that said, I prefer to just buy the plain and add sugarfree preserves.

Snow - thanks, I may have to try that when I start eating raw vegetables. I think I can now, but just being a bit over cautious. I do not allow MiO in my house. A friend of mine was drinking it one day and it spilled on my beige carpet. Nothing gets that stuff out and now have a bright pink stain right in front of my couch. Because of that, I have decided it is no longer allowed in my house under any cir****tance. When my friend comes over, she is welcome to use the front porch or out back and drink her MiO :)
