I didn't see this post yesterday, and haven't seen it today but maybe I just missed it? Any who...
B: Mint Cookie protein shake

B2: turkey sausage "bites"

L: low salt turkey breast with laughing cow light french onion

S: mini babybel light

D: seared sea scallops

water: 7 cups in so far, about halfway

vites: only one calcium left

exercise: hopefully beach walk tonight since I didn't wake up early enough to do it before work

Gurl, there you go with that mint cookie shake again!!!  FYI ... I just ordered a tub from Amazon yesterday.  I cannot wait to try it!!!  This is why I love this post because I like to see what others are eating....

B: hard boiled egg with laughing cow bleu cheese wedge, 6 slices of turkey pepperoni crisps
S: Starbucks Iced Coffee
L: 2.5oz of carne asada, 1/8 cup of shredded jack cheese, tomato slices
S: ???
D: Vanilla protein shake with s/f caramel syrup & almond milk

Water: 2 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: 45 minutes of advanced tae bo with resistance bands

That's why I love these posts too :) I got a HUGE bag on the mint cookie so I'll probably be having it for breakfast the next couple of months haha. I hope you like it!

B:  2% latte; quest bar
L:  smoked salmon salad w/boiled egg and feta cheese
S:  nonfat latte
D:  greek yogurt; roasted edamame
S:  something!

water - haven't even started yet
vites - yup
exercise - a cardio routine that I don't even like to look at and I know it's gonna wipe me out tonight

B - 100 calorie cottage cheese with strawberry cup
       5 homemade parmesan crisps (I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE whoever came up with this idea!)
L - not sure yet, contemplating something from chipotle so I will have lunch tomorrow too, maybe Genghis Grill
D- my tilapia addiction is back, can't wait to have it tonight
S - 100 calorie almond pack
       popcorn

water - 1/3 of the way done
vites - just 1 does of calcium left
exercise - if it will stop raining here gonna take a walk tonight...

 How do you prepare your tilapia?  I made some the other day with garlic and lemon, but wasn't too crazy about it!

Breakfast: Protein shake

Lunch: 1/2 cup turkey chili no beans, 5 wheat mini crackers with flax

snack: 3 sugar free apricot cookies

Dinner: not sure yet
