I know for a fact, that Dr. Cirangle would modify your diet if you told him that you exercise more than an hour a day.  I think you are doing great.  Sorry, I hijacked the thread there.

Sorry, kind of going to hijack the thread a bit, lol.
I did take your advice and get something from the surgeon's office that states I have special dietary restrictions so that I should be able to take outside food in wherever

Thank you all again so much for taking the time to respond. I really think that for me, and my goals, staying where I am currently at with my plan, while continuing to log and track and measure everything is the best choice for me.
I also feel that I could not lose on that plan without a significant amount of exercise, which I am just currently not able to do. Don't get me wrong, I try to get in at least some physical activity each day, but I feel like my joints and limbs give out before I hit an optimal heart rate for any length of time. My knee in particular I'm having trouble with. I am working on this, because I really would like to have a hard exercise session for an hour! Or at least, I would like to see results from doing so
So... considering my goals and everything else I'll continue to be 600-800 cals (or below like I've been this week ) 70-80g protein at least, and less than 40g of carbs. Thanks OH fam!!

I think you have a great plan.  I will say that I didn't start exercising as heavily as I do until I hit right around 200 lbs.  before then the pressure on my joints was too great.  So I did things like Zumba and walking until my weight got low enough that heavy exercise was an option.  Plus that's my path.  I find exercise itself to be extremely rewarding, others don't feel that way!
