Is there an app for that?

I have a 15minute snooze on my phone. I labeled the alarm."drink" and just snooze it. It may use a bit more battery life tho, but it seems to work. That way I can decide what "ringer" I want too....at one point I had a water cooler sound...(found myself going to the restroom all the time..lol) Now I have it set to vibrate. Not nearly as much fun. :(
I also have a driod. I just set the timer (in the app that shows a clock) for 30 minutes when I'm done eating. Then when it's time to drink, I'm notified...works for me.

I downloaded Astrids Tasks and love it. It also does nice things like remind me to call back the person whose call I just missed. It's got cute copy in the app to make it fun.
After trying a few things I found the most important reminder I needed was to walk every 1/2 hour (at work in particular) so that's the only reminder I have at the moment.
