Small rant, success, and NSV

so sorry about the feet. I've done that a couple times too.

Glad to see you are sticking to your plan. It does get easier as time goes on. Especially if you eat meat first. Then for the most part you just don't want anything else.

Congrats on the NSV!

The rain did some good so today only supposed to be 85.
Should help.

Thank you!
I've definitely noticed when I get hungry no matter what I'm craving, if I eat some lean dense protein I get full and the cravings stop.
The rain definitely did some good, it's so much more tolerable today!!

Sorry about burning your feet, but your NSV is great - I know the feeling of fitting into a seat properly, it's a great feeling - keep up the great work.

Sorry about your feet. I have done that.

But your NSVs are Terrific! I know how hard it is not to chow down on that junk! Also, fitting into a chair is one of the greatest things! I was So Happy when that started to happen to me.

Next stop- Having your pants fall off because they are too big and getting a pantie wedgie because the eslastic keeps your panties on (under your clothes) but they are just too big.

Keep up the good work!

LOL, thank you!
I'm very fortunate I've kept some of my clothes as I moved up sizes, so I have clothes a few sizes down from my highest. I've been wearing a lot of my size 24's (highest was 28) cause I have some really nice 7 jeans in that size
Not sure what I'll do when those become too big, but I imagine it's not such a terrible problem to have

I have been doing the same thing. I make a point of going to family/co-workers and saying "look at me in something I couldn't wear before." It is like a little party and gets me re-focused on working to get more weight off.
Wish I had save more of my smaller sizes. Oh well. What a tragedy--- not at all!

That is awesome (the part about the game & seats, not the part about blisters!)!

Keep rockin' it!
