I eat mostly protein . . eggs, meat and cheese. But I have to admit if there is something that I want (a carb or a sweet) I take a bite . . . I figure a bite is better that a piece!!
I do exercise . . . I run a 5K 3 to 4 times a week . . and hit the gym to lift or work out when it is hot!
OMG gurl, you look fantastic!!! The last 6 months have been VERY good to you!!! Goal in 6 months??? Freaking awesome!!!
